Phone verification consent
This page shows the exact consent step customers will see when verifying a cell phone number. SMS verification is not active yet: no text message will be sent, and no phone number or consent is stored or submitted. Anything you type stays in this page's memory only and disappears when you leave or reload.
The button is disabled because SMS verification is not active yet. When active, it sends a one-time code only after the consent box above is checked for the current number.

The real code is generated per request and expires after a few minutes. STOP/HELP reply handling is planned and will be verified before the program is activated; it is not operational today.
